DELIVERY POLICY

• We offer a single-set delivery option.

• We are not responsible for the delays of third-party services.

• At our checkout page, you'll be prompted to fill out your email address before proceeding to delivery. Once completed, you'll be able to select your delivery option.

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and DPD to deliver our products. Unfortunately, 2022 has seen various costs associated with shipping increase, and this has impacted what we can charge our customers for delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• You may report an order to us if it is in an unsatisfactory condition, be it opened, broken, torn, or wrongly measured.

• Please supply photographic evidence.
